How to mathematically divide a circle into 60 parts with coordinates?

Mathematics

The coordinates are (rcos(6n),rsin(6n)) where r is the radius of the circle and n ranges from 0 to 59.
60 parts gives the angle 360/60=6 degrees, so multiples of this angle (6n) determine the coordinates.
When n=0, the coords are (r,0); when n=5, the coords are (r√3/2,r/2); when n=10 the coords are (r/2,r√3/2), etc.

How can you find the area of diameter
sveticcg [70]
HEY THERE !!

As we know that the area of a circle (A)= πr^2

But if we know the diameter then the area is (A)= π/4× D^2 { here D is for diameter}

Here diameter is 10.5 inches.

A => π/4 × (10.5)^2
A => π/4 × 110.25
A => π/4 × 27.5625
A => 86.54625 { because the value of π = 3.14}

So the area of the cirsle whose diameter is 10.5 inches is 86.54625 inches square.

HOPE IT HELPED YOU.

The lengths of the sides of a triangular flowerbed are s feet, s+2 feet, and a+4 feet. What is it’s perimeter?
cluponka [151]

Answer:

P=2s+a+6

Step-by-step explanation:

The perimeter of any polygon is the sum of its sides. The sides in feet are given as

s, s+2 and a+4

Hence perimeter is

P= s + s+2 + a+4

P=2s+a+6
