The following are neutral salts: NANO3, BaBr2 AND Ba[OH]2.
Neutral salts are those salts that are formed when a strong base react with a strong acid. In those neutralization reactions, the base completely neutralize the acid to form a neutral salts.

The following are neutral salts: NANO3, BaBr2, AND Ba[OH]2.

<h2>Further Explanation </h2>

Salt is an ionic compound consisting of positive ions (cations) and negative ions (anions), thus forming neutral (without charged) compounds. The most common and widely used salt is NaCl salt, a white crystalline solid.

Salt is formed as a result of acid and base reactions. Salt that is hydrolyzed and forms hydroxide ions when dissolved in water is called base salt. Salt that is hydrolyzed and forms hydronium ions in water is called an acid salt. Neutral salt is salt that is neither acid salt nor basic salt.

Salts derived from strong acids and strong bases are usually stable and odorless, while salts formed from weak acids or weak bases have more odor.

Salt hydrolysis only occurs IF one or both of the components of the salt are weak acids and or weak bases.

The salt solution is a solution obtained from the results of acid and base reactions.

The properties of salt, as follows:

  • Able to conduct electric current,
  • does not change the color of litmus red or blue.
  • If it is formed from strong acids and weak bases, then the salt will be acidic. and conversely, if formed from weak acids and strong bases, the salt will be alkaline.
  • When formed from strong acids and strong bases, the salt will be neutral, for example, table salt (NaCl).
  • Has a pH of 7

Activities that shows the nature and goals of anthropology,Sociology and Political Science
frez [133]

To answer the question effectively, we will talk about the key words in the question.

ANTHROPOLOGY, SOCIOLOGY AND POLITICAL SCIENCE.

ANTHROPOLOGY; This is the study of human kinds in all times and places,it also entails humanistic study which includes our prehistoric origins and contemporary human diversity as well as topics like social change,globalization,human origin and the world history.

The activities that shows the nature and goals of anthropology includes;

- Looking at ones own culture in a more objective way like an outsider.

- Discovering the things that make people more different from one another.

- Producing new theories and knowledge about human home and their behaviors.

- Discovering/finding out what all people have in common.

There are four fields of anthropology; Linguistic anthropology, Biological anthropology, Archeology and cultural anthropology.

SOCIOLOGY; This is the scientific study of human civilization.

It is systemic and studies of groups and societies that people build

and the effect these have on their behavior.

Sociology greatly focuses on various social connections,

structures, organizations, processes and institutions.

The activities that show the goals and nature of sociology includes;

- Broadening our familiarity on facts about sociology.

- Critically studying the nature of humanity.

- Exposing our minds to the diverse perspectives on attaining the truth.

- Obtaining possible theories about the society.

- Understanding and appreciating that all things in the society are interdependent with each other.

Sociology brings together inputs that are composed of frequent forms and manners,they include; view points, consolidated values, attitudes and the norms of social institutions.

The different branches of sociology are; social psychology,social organisation, applied sociology, population studies, sociological theory and research,human ecology,social change.

POLITICAL SCIENCE; This is a discipline in academics that deals with the study of political processes, institutions, governments and behaviors of people.

It studies the complex behaviors of the people in power, various political actors, such as the government administration, opposition ad the subjects which are the masses.

In the laboratory, a general chemistry student measured the pH of a 0.529 M aqueous solution of phenol (a weak acid), C6H5OH to
Artyom0805 [142]

Answer:

The dissociation constant of phenol from given information is 9.34\times 10^{-11}.

Explanation:

The measured pH of the solution = 5.153

C_6H_5OH\rightarrow C_6H_5O^-+H^+

Initially      c

At eq'm   c-x       x  x

The expression of dissociation constant is given as:

K_a=\frac{[C_6H_5O^-][H^+]}{[C_6H_5OOH]}

Concentration of phenoxide ions and hydrogen ions are equal to x.

pH=-\log[x]

5.153=-\log[x]

x=7.03\times 10^{-6} M

K_a=\frac{x\times x}{(c-x)}=\frac{x^2}{(c-x)}=\frac{(7.03\times 10^{-6} M)^2}{ 0.529 M-7.03\times 10^{-6} M}

K_a=9.34\times 10^{-11}

The dissociation constant of phenol from given information is 9.34\times 10^{-11}.
