HELP! Who do you think has more power in labor disputes like this, the workers or the management/owners?

Like all things it depends on the scenario in a small company with few employees every disputing employee will have a large portion of power, but in large or humongous Corporation like the Amazon for example the management and owners would most certainly have all the power unless you were able to get at least over 80% of their workers to dispute so big companies management/owners have the power small companies the disputing employee has more power
