D because he has the most knowledge and that a nurse could do it but not the best answer. Sam Smith can't he can only put them in the folder. and Anita Bryant is for all the patients not for Mr. Wu. Plus you normally don't see these types of people in a hospital.

It should be D, as he is the most qualified medical examiner to be present when the diagnosis is made.
