This process has low or no carbon emission in the atmosphere. The basic benefit of using solar energy is that it kicks out the use of non-renewable energy, which pollute our planet. Also, to promote the renewable energy, government buys electricity from house owner who has solar panel installed. Installing solar panels also helps cut down expenses as people can generate their own electricity. According to Lewis (2007), the energy from sunlight hits earth in an hour is more than the energy consumed by humans in the whole year. Therefore there is no doubt that we have enough energy from sunlight to power earth. The solar electricity market is growing at 30% per annum, which means within few decades this will give competition to companies using fossil fuels. When the wind blows, the blades of wind turbines rotate the shaft and the rotation of the shaft convert the energy to electricity. This is a natural process and wind regenerates itself.
