The difference between a sprain and a strain is that a sprain injures the bands of tissue that connect two bones together, while a strain involves an injury to a muscle or to the band of tissue that attaches a muscle to a bone.

Sprain: ankle, anything dealing with the joints of the bone.

Strain: your leg muscle, thigh, arm, wrist and anything dealing with tissues in the body.

vfiekz [6]

Answer:

A. Sharing information about a nutrition and exercise program planned for the future

Explanation:

The contemplative stage of the model of behaviour stage is also known as the "getting ready" stage where a person has an intention to change within the next 6 months. In this stage, because the individual is more aware of the pros and cons of changing, sharing information with them planned for the future allows them to weigh their options equally over time - individuals in this stage are usually not ready for programmes that expect them to act immediately
