5x-3y=11---(1)
3x+4y=4---(2)

(1)×3 and (2)×5

15x-9y=33-(3)
15x+20y=20-(4)

Subtract both

$\\ \sf\longmapsto y=\dfrac{-13}{29}$

Put in eq(1)

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 5x+\dfrac{-117}{29}=11$

$\\ \sf\longmapsto 5x=11+\dfrac{117}{29}=\dfrac{261+117}{29}=\dfrac{278}{29}$
