Referent power comes from being trusted and respected. We can gain referent power when others trust what we do and respect us for how we handle situations. ... If you have referent power, it means you have already made progress towards changing your organizational culture.

Answer:

A. Makes it ilegal for juvenile offenders who murdered to be sentenced to life without parole

Explanation:

Supreme Court established a process in which to waive juveniles to adult court. This process was required to adhere to certain constitutional safeguards, which include the right to a waiver hearing.

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in June 2012 that juveniles convicted of murder cannot be subject to a mandatory sentence of life imprisonment without the possibility of parole.

New Jersey State Police intercept a truck load of marijuana during a truck enforcement detail. The truck operator, Bill Smith is
Leya [2.2K]

Answer:

probative value

Explanation:

The Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution provides legal protection against search and seizure without good reason and without a search and seizure warrant. As we can see from the question above, Mick Stoner was charged with marijuana, which was taken from a legal dispensary in Denver, seized without a search warrant, so Mick Stoner's defense attorney disputes the evidential value of the evidence, claiming that the truck's initial search violated the Fourth Amendment.

To dispute the probative value of the evidence means that the evidence gathered, in this case, is not guaranteed, by itself, to support a condemnatory sentence, thus requiring the repetition in court of some of the evidence produced.

If i get into a fight and the cameras only see me swinging bc he hit in the classroom and since i have a history of gettin into
kompoz [17]
Your best bet would be to go to the school first and truthfully explain what happened. Most likely they will appreciate that you came and took accountability for your actions rather than waiting to get in trouble. Not to mention this will give you the opportunity to tell the truth of the situation rather than waiting for someone to potentially report false information and then the administration seeing the camera footage and assuming the worst.

It would also help if you approach the situation as if you wanted to improve your behavior and be a better person rather than just trying to avoid suspension.

Hope this helps!
