Answer:

Ff

Explanation:

The allele representing freckles is "f".

Heterozygous alleles have to have two different components (e.g. Ff) because the term hetero means different.

Naily [24]

Answer:

Loyalty is the most overvalued value. ... When people demand your loyalty what they're usually trying to do is escape accountability. I am not saying loyalty has no value but rather being loyal to people and organizations who do not keep their promises, maintain standards, play favorites or exploit you is self-destructiv

3. Pansies can grow to be tall (T), which is dominant, or short (t), which is recessive. They can also be red (R),
Vilka [71]

Answer:

Pansy 1 Genotype: TtRr

Pansy 2 Genotype: ttrr

Pansy 1 Gametes: TR, Tr, tR, tr

Pansy 2 Gametes: All tr

Phenotypic ratio of offspring: 1:1:1:1 (1 Tall red: 1 Tall white: 1 Short Red: 1 short white)

Explanation:

This is a cross involving two different genes; one coding for height and the other for colour in pansies. The allele for Tallness (T) is dominant over the allele for shortness (t) in the first gene while the allele for red color (R) is dominant over the allele for white color (r) in the second gene.

According to the question, a pansy

that is heterozygous for both traits will have a genotype: TtRr while a pansy that is homozygous recessive for both traits will have a genotype: ttrr

In a cross between a TtRr and ttrr, the following allelic combinations of gametes will be produced by each pansy;

TtRr- TR, Tr, tR and tr

ttrr- tr, tr, tr, tr

Using these gametes in a punnet square (see attached image), a phenotypic ratio 1:1:1:1 consisting of (4 Tall red: 4 Tall white: 4 Short Red: 4 short white) offsprings will be produced.

valina [46]

Answer:

Option b

Explanation:

__RGB__ mixing is a common method of producing color by varying the quantities of three input.

For specialized applications such as LCD back lighting or projection images, and applications requiring dynamic color control, RGB mixing is the preferred choice.

Abnormally slow depolarization of the ventricles would most likely change the shape of the ________ in an ecg tracing.
Leni [432]
Abnormally the slow depolarization of the ventricles would most likely change the shape of the QRS in an ECG tracing. It is a combination of three graphical deflections which is seen on a typical electrocardiogram. It is the most visually obvious and central part of the tracing. It corresponds to depolarization of left and right ventricles of the human heart.
During the activity, it may be shorter in children.
QRS waves occur in succession rapidly. Q wave is a downward deflection following P wave. R wave follows upward deflection and S wave is downward deflection which is after R wave while T wave follows S waves.

A simple change in DNA results in
Gekata [30.6K]
I believe a simple change in DNA results in Mutation. A mutation is a random spontaneous changes that occur in the genetic make up of an organism ( in the DNA sequences). The mutation are either due to mistakes when DNA are being copied or as a result of environmental factors such as UV light and cigarette smokes among other mutagens. Mutations may be either gene mutation (permanent alteration in the DNA sequence that makes up a gene) or chromosomal mutation.
