These peas are called sugar snap peas. They taste sweet. Plants make food, a sugar, in their leaves using photosynthesis. How do

es the sugar get from the leaves to the peas in these pods?
A) The sugar moves through the xylem.
B) The sugar moves through the phloem.

The answer is B, the sugar moves through the phloem.

Plant has 2 main vessels, xylem and phloem. Xylem is used to move water and mineral ions from the root where it absorbed to the leaves, meanwhile the phloem moves the sugar or food from the region of production, which is usually the leaves, to the places that needed or used for storage.

So since the leaves produces sugar, and peas needed the sugar, so we know that the answer should be phloem.

Meanwhile, stomata is used to release oxygen and water vapor, which are the by products of photosynthesis, and vacuoles are just mainly water substances that exist in most plant cells.

Oxygen!

Plants release carbon dioxide, oxygen, and water vapor through their stomata. Oxygen is less needed because water and carbon dioxide can be changed into sugar.

KIM [24]
The biggest issue would probably be number I. The other concerns (II, III, IV, V) would probably be easy to solve with the some specific chamber characteristics.
The fact that the moon has no atmosphere it means that it doesn't retain neither CO_{2} nor O_{2}. Even with the appropriate chamber characteristics to retain such gases, how would the crop in the first place have so much free CO_{2} to use.
Temperature could be managed inside the chamber as well as accelaration. The period of day light would be long and intense. As for the water, once plants evaporate water when they breath at night (instead of doing photosynthesis), that water could be all collected and condensed by the chamber to be used again during the day light period.
