Answer: The only person there that has anything to do with the government is Danial Webster and he was a former secretary of state so I guess he was a spokesperson for North America. He also represented New Hampshire and Massachusetts in the U.S. Congress so maybe that's it.

  2. The form these people have the right to abolish is a monarchy. There should not be one person who rules everyone.
  3. The colonists are unhappy that Parliament is constantly taxing them. They are also unhappy that they have no say in what is happening.
