If sin 42° =2/3, then cos 48°=
borishaifa [10]
We know that:  sin Ф = cos(π/2 - Ф) ↔ sin Ф = cos(90° - Ф)
Then:

sin 42° = cos(90° - 42°) = cos 48°

IF sin 42° = 2/3, the cos 48° = 2/3

Answer:

1/1 or 1

Step-by-step explanation:

1. Find two points from the graph

2. Set them in the slope formula (\frac{y^2- y^1}{x^2 - x^1})

3. Insert the coordinates into this formula

Points: (0,1) and (1, 2)

2 -1 = 1

1 - 0 = 1

1/1 = 1
