Answer:

Base

Explanation:

A base is a substance which releases hydroxyl ion (OH-). Bases are also known as alkalis and physically they are soapy and bitter in taste. In litmus paper test, they give blue color. An acid on the other hand is a substance which releases a proton or Hydrogen ion (H+). Acid and base both react to form a salt and the process is known as neutralization reaction. We have a pH scale which has a range from 0 to 14. If a substance has a pH more than 7 then that means it is a base but if a substance has pH less than 7 then the substance is acid.

One of the examples of base is sodium hydroxide (NaOH) which dissociates into Na+ & OH- to release OH-.

The Schachter-Singer theory of emotion:
Contact [7]

Answer:

C. says the frontal lobes interpret the body's reaction.

Explanation:

The Schachter-Singer theory of emotion was created by Stanley Schachter and Jerome E. Singer. They were researchers and they established the theory as being a two factored one.

They noticed that for a physiological or bodily change to occur there must be an event which triggers it. The change is then interpreted by the body through the frontal lobes and emotion is then experienced.
