Let u = <-8, -9>. Find 7u. (2 points)
ANEK [815]

Multiplying a vector by a scalar means to multiply each coordinate of the vector by said scalar.

So, we must multiply both entries by 7:

u=(-8, -9)\implies 7u=(-8\cdot 7, -9\cdot 7) = (-56, -63)

Helpppppp pl for 5 point
Tcecarenko [31]

Answer:

3^{-2} * 3^3

Step-by-step explanation:

Multiply 1/9 and 27 to get 27/9 which reduces to 3. When doing these equations, you add up the exponents. To get 3, you would have to have 3^1. The get this, the only equation that would work is 3^-2 x 3^3

-2+3 gets 1. So 3^1 which gets you 3. So this is the answer.

Rafeal wants to know if there is a single transformation that will move trapezoid JKLM onto trapezoid PQRS Below
aliina [53]

A. A 90° counterclockwise rotation of trapezoid JKLM about the origin will move angle L onto angle R.

Step-by-step explanation:

Since both the trapezoids, trapezoid JKLM and PQRS are congruent, we can do any transformation, may be rotation, reflection and translation.

A 90° counterclockwise rotation of trapezoid JKLM about the origin will move angle L onto angle R is the true statement others are incorrect statements.

When the Preimage is rotated 90° counterclockwise rotation, then its coordinates (x,y) changed into (-y,x)

Pls help due soon ty
Feliz [49]
The first table : y=4x
the second table: y=1.5x
the third table: y= 1.25x

if you want help on how to do it: plug each of those equations into the “desmos” graph! from looking at those table points (x,y) you can find which equation matches the table

for instance on table one: I put y=4x into desmos then looked at graph one, I chose the point (2,8) I went to 2 on the x axis and moved my finger up 8 and that point was directly on the line meaning that table matches the equation. be sure to also do the same thing with the other points to double check!
