Someone help me out with this my grade are bad

Answer:

2 units tall by 1 unit wide

Step-by-step explanation:

On the given rectangle it tell you the conversion to m is 1 unit = 2 m.

The new figure that needs to be drawn has a conversion of 1 unit = 8m.

So, the fist thing we need to do is calculate the m on the width at the height of the original, which is 16 by 8.

looking at this we can now convert this measurement into our new conversion of 1 unit = 8 m. We can do this by dividing the height and width separately.

Ex:

Since 16 is divided by 8 two times so that gives us the answer of 2 units.

8 is divisible by 8 one time so that gives us the width of 1 unit

if this is confusing just think of it like: x=\frac{16}{8} for the height or x = \frac{8}{8} for the width.

Suppose that a function f(x) is defined for all real values of x except at xequals=c. can anything be said about the existence
Margaret [11]

we are given that

f(x) is defined for all values of x except at x=c

Limit may or may not exist

case-1:

If there is hole at x=c , then limit exist

case-2:

If there is vertical asymptote at x=c , then limit does not exist

Examples:

case-1:

\lim_{x \to c} \frac{x^2-cx}{(x-c)}

We can simplify it

\lim_{x \to c} \frac{x(x-c)}{(x-c)}

=\lim_{x \to c} x

=c

so, we can see that limit exist and it's value defined

case-2:

\lim_{x \to c} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

Left limit is

\lim_{x \to c-} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

=-\infty

Right Limit is

\lim_{x \to c+} \frac{1}{(x-c)}

=+\infty

so, we can see that left limit is not equal to right limit

so, limit does not exist
