Dna paternity testing has become the most widely accepted method for establishing who the father of a child is when there are do

Solely by this method, it is not possible. Several other additional DNA testing must be preformed if there isn't the mother's DNA.
The mother's DNA serves to make sure that all the resulting parts from the father's DNA can be completed by the mother's DNA when matching it all with the child's DNA. For this method, the child's DNA is "cut" in specific sites by restriction enzymes. This restriction enzymes are put to "cut" also the mother's DNA and the father's DNA. It is expected that all the resulting segments from the child's DNA can be found either on the mother's side or the father's side. All segments that can be matched to the mother's DNA segments, should be matched to the father's DNA segments. That's why the mother's DNA is so important for this method.

1.Animal Cells : During cytokinesis, the cytoplasm splits in two and the cell divides. In animal cells, the plasma membrane of the parent cell pinches inward along the cell's equator until two daughter cells form

2.Plant Cells: During cytokinesis, the cytoplasm splits in two and the cell divides. In plant cells, a cell plate forms along the equator of the parent cell. Then, a new plasma membrane and cell wall form along each side of the cell plate.

3.The cell cycle, the process by which cells progress and divide, lies at the heart of cancer. In normal cells, the cell cycle is controlled by a complex series of signaling pathways by which a cell grows, replicates its DNA and divides. This process also includes mechanisms to ensure errors are corrected, and if not, the cells commit suicide (apoptosis). In cancer, as a result of genetic mutations, this regulatory process malfunctions, resulting in uncontrolled cell proliferation.

Punnett square is given below and on the base of the result of Punnett square, Millie should mate with Denver to get three different colors of puppies.

Explanation:

The question says that Millie has a genotype BB*, which is a combination or heterozygous condition of dark brown allele B and white allele B*, now cross with Denver (light brown color):

Cross 1:

         B B*

B BB BB*

  B* BB* B*B*

the results is : 25% dark brown, 50% light brown and 25% white.

cross 2: with Charley (white color)

    B B*

B* BB* B*B*

B* BB* B*B*

there is only white and light brown puppies produced

Thus, the correct answer is - Denver.

Simply, transcription is a copy of __________
WITCHER [35]

Answer:

b. mRNA from DNA

Explanation:

Transcription is the process of synthesis of RNA using a DNA template strand. The process of transcription occurs inside the nucleus in eukaryotes as their DNA is present in the nucleus.

The process includes unwinding of DNA double helix to expose the DNA template strand. The enzyme RNA polymerase binds to the specific start sites on the DNA template strand and starts making its RNA copy.

The newly formed RNA undergoes modification in eukaryotes before serving as a template for protein synthesis. However, in prokaryotes, the process of transcription and translation can occur simultaneously.
