What was the primary cause of the Britons' success in battle, according to paragraph 6?
lions [1.4K]

Answer: B. Well-trained horses

Explanation:

The narrator in this excerpt spoke of how the horses helped the Britons fight effectively in battle. These horses were so well trained that even though this excerpt is based in the past, the training the horses had then is more or less the same as now which indicates a lack of a need or capacity to improve.

The horses would carry their masters into battle and go straight into danger without fear because they were trained to do so. This enabled the Britons to fight on chariots from which they could deal devastating blows to the enemy.

The character could have been put a question by another character and this question could have activated the character's inner thoughts. As a consequence, he shares these reflections with both the other characters present on stage ,and the audience. The audience will undertand the play better through this dramatic speech.

Knots usually take 1 minute or so to do. If you keep on tying the knots and get used to the pattern, you will get faster and faster and eventually will be able to do it in 4 seconds. It is kind of like picking strawberries. If you keep on picking strawberries and timing yourself, you will get faster like when you typed the knot
