during the Golden Age of the Islamic civilization that brought the original contributions of Muslim physicians in the medical, pharmaceutical, herbal, nutritional and botanical fields. Science and technology advanced during the Islamic Golden Age for many reasons.

The Islamic Golden Age contributed to the invention of the modern “teaching hospital” and a medical encyclopedia that served Europe for the next 600 years. Eamonn Gearon also uncovers the Islamic Golden Age’s development of ontological philosophy that served future Jewish, Christian, and Muslim theologians concerned with theology and the relationship between faith and reason.

During the medieval Islamic world, medicine was a central study for many Muslims since they were very much concerned with reactions to different circumstances and situations where medical knowledge and practice was needed. With this, a flowering of knowledge and intellect later influenced the Western world with the medical practice and education.

What is the difference between short term and long term climate changes. Give ONE example of EACH.
ElenaW [278]

Answer:

Explanation:

Short term climate changes are only temporary, they will come and go and they won't have a major effect on the ecosystem. Long term climate changes, on the other hand, are not as temporary, they either stay forever or long enough that we can say forever, and they have a huge effect on the ecosystem.

Explanation:

One example of a short term climate change is the seasons, it gets colder in the winter, but that is only a temporary change and even though the ecosystem changes, it is only small changes, and they are reversible.

One example of a long term climate change is the last ice age, it lasted a very long time, and had huge effects, like long-lasting frigid temperatures and frozen oceans, that had a huge effect on the ecosystem, which then took a very long time to expel.

slava [35]

Answer:

The answer is a sense of inferiority.

Explanation:

According to Erikson's structure of psychosocial development, Daryl is probably at stage four, called Industry vs. Inferiority. During this stage, which appears around age five, children will have the chance to prove their competencies: learning to write, do basic math and develop artistic talent.

When the children's effort is encouraged, they will probably achieve a sense of industry (competency). Failure to do this might result in a sense of inferiority.

Is faith a feeling or an emotion?
OleMash [197]
By strict definition, 'faith' is not an emotion - becasue 'belief' is not an emotion. If people have 'belief' in something that is not based on proof, then their steadfast faith may be based on an emotion, but that does not make their faith an emotion. The appropriate response is self-fulfilling prophecy. A self-fulfilling prophecy  is a forecast that straightforwardly or in a roundabout way makes itself turn out to be valid, by the very terms of the prediction itself, because of positive criticism amongst conviction and conduct.
