How did the views of state rule lead to division
maw [93]
Well after the Revolutionary war, the people didn't want to take any rules from government. This led a largely held belief in state's rights and state rule.  Thusly the Articles of Confederation didn't allow for much central government.  This led to problems and the revision and drafting of a new Constitution.  The division continued in the role of government and how the new nation should be governed

Explain why Hitler was not solely responsible for the Holocaust
ch4aika [34]
Much of the evidence gathered points in various directions. It is evident that the blame cannot rest fully on Nazi leaders, as it is obvious that the common German citizen was also a part of the attempted genocide enforced by those who served Hitlers cause. If the question is why or how, you must answer based on your perception of the information obtained from those who had every opportunity to avoid their involvement in the atrocity. Your conclusion should reflect the unmistakable connection between the average Germans actions and the staggering number of executed Jews.
