Explain the three stages of labor.
Andreas93 [3]

Answer:

Labour has three stages: The first stage is when the neck of the womb (cervix) opens to 10cm dilated. The second stage is when the baby moves down through the vagina and is born. The third stage is when the placenta (afterbirth) is delivered.

Step by step explanation:

First stage: This starts with contractions and your cervix dilating and ends when your cervix is fully open.

Second stage: This is when you push your baby through the birth canal.

Third stage: This ends with the delivery of the placenta, also called afterbirth.

THE RIGHT ANSWER WILL RECIEVE A BRAINLEST AND 55 POINTS!!!
goldenfox [79]
I exercise every day of the week, I found your workout plan by looking through brainly.com, If I were to make any adjustments I would most likely take out Tai chi and substitute it with something such as weigh lifting or strength training due to the reason that almost all of the workout is cardio. From the workout I feel more tired, yet at the same time more energetic, healthier, and stronger. I would be interested in continuing the exercises due to the reason that they make me in a better mind set and body than before.
