One issue can be African-Americans and their rights. Some claimed that the phrase "men are created equal", encompasses African-Americans too, while some were against it. Another issue can be women rights such as their voting rights, which were debated on whether men means males or men was used as a term for both sexes. The third can be weapon control because many claim that the second amendment was created at a time when weapons were not so developed.

Which best describes why Stalin believed that having satellite states would help prevent future wars?
Gekata [30.6K]

The correct answer is (3). Stalin believed that having satellite states would help prevent future wars because satellite countries would be indebted to and protect the Soviet Union. After the Yalta conference in 1945, Stalin argued that the Soviet Union should lead in rebuilding Eastern Europe and get ahold of the “satellite states” (Poland, Czechoslovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, and East Germany), but allow them free elections and independent future plans. He didn’t hold up to this agreement, but indebted this countries around Soviet Union and used them as a shield. These states were called “satellites” because they were held in the orbit by the gravitational pull of the Soviet Union.

Kobotan [32]

Answer:

The increase in trade between Canada and the United States affects manufacturing in the United States by increasing it.

Explanation:

The climate in Canada is not as favorable as it is in the United States to carry out the manufacturing of most things. Owing to this aspect, Canada imports more from the United States than it imports to it. Thus, it is clear that the increased trade between the US and Canada would result in increasing manufacturing in the US.

What did Anti-Federalists fear would happen if the Constitution became law?
SashulF [63]

Answer

Congress would have too much power over states.

Explanation

Federalism is a system of government where the power is divided between the national government and other governmental units. Thus the power is share between the federal government and other states as well as the local government.

Anti-federalists preferred a weak central government, This is because they equated a strong government with British tyranny. They had feeling that the states were giving up too much power to the new federal government. They sought to amend the Constitution, particularly with a Bill of Rights as a condition before ratification. This is because they feared that the constitution over-centralize the government and diminish the individual rights and liberties.
