Carbohydrates, Lipids, Proteins, Vitamins, Minerals, Water are the six essential nutrients which is needed by our body in order to function properly and also to be healthy. Deficiency or excessive use of these nutrients leads to bad health as well as responsible for many types of diseases and complications so we have to consume all these nutrients in a normal range in order to avoid health problems so we can conclude that consuming all six essential nutrients as well as in a normal range leads to good health.
