Accepting that some things are uncontrollable is an example of coping strategies which involves having a positive attitude.
We have no control over many of the things that happen in our life ad as soon as we accept this we will more relaxed and will enjoy our life. Instead of focusing on the things we can not change, we should focus on the things we can.
