Why do people shower?

Hygiene is..EXTREMELY important and I mean VERY VERY important. It's something we all should do so I'm not quite sure how to answer that question. It's like asking "why do people eat?"

But yes i agree with the person at the top those are some of the many reasons why we do shower.
