Answer:

Sharon needs to make 7 trips

Step-by-step explanation:

13 1/2÷1 8/8

1 8/8 = 2 so Sharon can carry 2 gallons of water for each trip

2 can go into 13 6 times because 6x2=12 and that is the gcf

13 1/2- 12=1.5 or 1 1/2

to get to 13 1/2 sharon needs to make 1 more trip. Sharon can make 1 more trip because she can carry 2 gallons of water and there are 1 1/2 gallons left which is less than 2 so she can still make 1 more trip. In total Sharon will make 7 trips.

Angelina_Jolie [31]

Answer:

6433.98 ft

Step-by-step explanation:

In order to find what 25% of the tank's capacity is, we know to know the full capacity of the tank then take 25% of that.  The volume formula for a right circular cone is

V=\frac{1}{3}\pi r^2h

We have all the values we need for that:

V=\frac{1}{3}\pi (16)^2(96)

This gives us a volume of 25735.93 cubic feet total.

25% of that:

.25 × 25735.93 = 6433.98 ft

What is 80 ÷ (-50)?
Harrizon [31]

Answer:

- 1.6

Step-by-step explanation:

If divide these to numbers without the negative, you'll get 1.6

Then you can add the negative sign to the 50 and 1.6 and you'll get the correct answer... btw I'm just lazy and that's my way of dividing negative numbers.
