The work can be calculated by multiplying the force by the amount of movement of an object.

Mathematically it can be represented as:

[tex]W=F\times d[\tex]

F represents force,

W represents work

d represents distance

Here,

W is given as 10 J

d is the height of shell

F is given as 10 N

So,

by putting all the values in the equation, we get:

10=10\times d

So, d=1 m

so the height of shell will be 1 m.

For a particular reaction, δh = 120.5 kj and δs = 758.2 j/k. calculate δg for this reaction at 298 k.
Yakvenalex [24]
Data Given:
                   Change in Entropy  =  ΔH  =  120.5 kJ  =  1.20 × 10⁵ J

                             Temperature  =    T  =  298 K

                   Change in Entropy  =  ΔS  =  758.2 J/K

Using Formula,
                                    ΔG  =  ΔH  - T ΔS
Putting Values,
                                    ΔG  =  (1.20 × 10⁵ J) - (298 K × 758.2 J/K)

                                    ΔG  =  -1.059 × 10⁵ J

                                    ΔG  =  -105.94 kJ

In a sample of H2SO4 containing 200 sulfur (S) atoms, how many atoms of hydrogen (H) would there be?
Otrada [13]

In a sample of H2SO4 that contain 200 S atom the number of hydrogen atoms  would be 400  atoms

explanation

there are two moles of H2  in H2SO4 therefore by use of ratio between S:H2 which is 1:2 atoms therefore the atoms of hydrogen = 2 x200 = 400 atoms

Why the telescopes that detected no optical radiation are useful for studying objects in space
Afina-wow [57]
I would say that if they would use the regular ones, they would not be able to see very far. as well with that i would add that they need special lenses to see far.
hope that this helps you! =)
