Answer:

Explanation:

The gravitational force = G * m1 * m2 / r^2

That means as the distance increases, r get's bigger and m1 and m2 don't change, the force decreases. Read that sentence carefully. In physics, it is very important to know what goes up and goes down means and especially why.

How much work is done if you push a box 150 meters with a force of 1.4 N
ss7ja [257]
The work done to push the box is equal to the product between the force and the distance through which the force is applied:
W=Fd
In our problem, the force is F=1.4 N and the distance covered is d=150 m, so the work done by pushing the box is
W=Fd=(1.4 N)(150 m)=210 J

Suppose a pulley with an IMA of 2 was used with an input force of 50 N to lift a box 45 cm that weighs 100 N. What distance was
IRINA_888 [86]
The ideal mechanical advantage (IMA) is the number of times in which the input force is multiplied under ideal conditions. If the real force was only 50N, the distance at which the rope was pulled will be twice the distance given in this item. The answer is 90 cm.
