Standard form of an equation is Ax + By = C
So here, y = 2/5 * x - 3
y = (2x - 15) / 5
5y = 2x - 15
2x - 5y = 15

If i understood your question right you are asking if a clown needs 275 balloons but there is only 2 balloons per pack. you would need 137.5 packs but you'd probably round up to 138.

- Lets find the difference between the x-coordinates and the

 y- coordinates of the corresponding vertices

∵ 3 - 2 = 1 and -2 - 0 = -2

∴ The x-coordinates add by 1 and the y-coordinates add by -2

∴ Their moved 1 unit to the right and 2 units down

* The Δ ABC after dilation and reflection moved through the

  translation (1 , -2)
