You can't. BUT ... When you have a calculator, you
don't need to do long division !

Long division is a step-by-step method for doing division on paper
with a pencil. With a calculator, you just tap in the numbers, hit
the ' ÷ ' button, and bada-bing, there's the answer !

Are you thinking that if you don't do it a certain way
then you won't get the right answer. Don't worry !
The answer you get DOES NOT DEPEND on how
you calculate it. The correct answer is the correct
answer. Whatever method you choose, if you do it
correctly, you always get the same answer.

Another way to say it: When you look at somebody's
correct answer, there's NO WAY TO TELL what method
he used to find it. All methods, if applied correctly, give
the same answer.

These two polygons are similar.
Jet001 [13]

Answer:

\huge\boxed{z=3}

Step-by-step explanation:

If two polygons are similar, then corresponding sides are in proportion.

The corresponding sides:

4 → x

y → 15

3 → w

2 → 6

z → 9

therefore:

\dfrac{z}{9}=\dfrac{2}{6} cross multiply

(z)(6)=(9)(2)

6z=18 divide both sides by 6

z=3

HELP Plssss..... The m
hammer [34]

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Hey there!!!

According to the question,

Angle P is three less than twice less of an angle Q.

Then, let angle Q be x then angle P is 2x-3.

Now, it has also given that they are supplementary angle.

We know that the sum of supplementary angle is 180°.

Therefore, x+ 2x - 3°=180°.

Or, 3x = 180°-3°

Or, x = 177°/3

Therefore the measure of angle Q is 59° and P is 2×59°-3°= 121°.

Hope it helps....
