What is 4 Over 25 divided by 15 over 16
Ket [755]
The answer is .17 if ur doing it in a calculator. if ur doing it by hand u do 4/25, but u cant divide fractions. so, for the second set of numbers u would change it to 16/15. then do 4/25 times 15/16 and u get 64/375, which is equivalent to .17 :)

( 15n2 - 5n + 45 ) ÷ 5
gulaghasi [49]

I'm assuming we need to simplify this expression. (Tip when you are writing n squared, please write n^2, not n2.)

Since we can see that there is a 5 in each term inside the ( ), we simplify have to remove that if the whole thing is going to be divided by 5.

Answer:

(15n^2-5n+45)/5

=3n^2-n+9

Answer:

C) \frac{2}{4}, \frac{2}{3}, \frac{7}{10}, \frac{4}{5}

Step-by-step explanation:

Given fractions:

\frac{2}{4}, \frac{4}{5}, \frac{7}{10},\frac{2}{3}

To arrange the fractions from least to greatest.

Solution:

In order to arrange the fractions from least to greatest, we need to make the denominators common by taking LCD.

LCD of 4,5,10,3 can be found using their multiples.

4= 4,8,12,16,20,24,28,32,36,40,.........60

5= 5,10,15,20,25,30,.........60

10= 10,20,30,40,50,60

3= 3,6,9..........................60

So, 60 is the LCD.

Making the denominators common by multiplying same numbers to numerator and denominator.

\frac{2}{4}=\frac{2\times 15}{4\times 15}=\frac{30}{60}

\frac{4}{5}=\frac{4\times12}{5\times 12}=\frac{48}{60}

\frac{7}{10}=\frac{7\times 6}{10\times 6}=\frac{42}{60}

\frac{2}{3}=\frac{2\times 20}{3\times 20}=\frac{40}{60}

Comparing the numerators we can arrange the fractions.

\frac{2}{4}, \frac{2}{3}, \frac{7}{10}, \frac{4}{5}
