Yes. You may be asking why? For example sleeping medicine. You take it at night, however, some people will use it to go to sleep during the day and it’s not supposed to be used at that time. They can also keep asking for it to be prescribed when they might not need it anymore.

What is global cuisine and what does it have to do with cultural globalization?
lawyer [7]
Gradually, came sushi and karate from Japan, and delicatessens from Italy and Germany, and 18 speed bikes from several European countries. Chinese food cooked and served by Chinese Canadians, not all of it authentic Cantonese or Szechuan or whatever, got steadily more popular as I grew up. And pizza. And espresso coffee. And holopchi from Ukraine and pyrogies from Poland. French perfumes. Mexican leather goods. Smorgasbords. All of these were virtually unknown to me when I was in grade 1, but were common by the time I was in university. I could go on and on. Other countries are going through similar experiences, some more slowly that Canada has, some actually a bit faster.

Then there are the subtler things, the ways of thinking and living. Yoga, tai-chi, zen, existentialism, deconstructionism, post-modernism, Marxism, supply side economics and on and on.

This world is a globalized one now, and it has been getting gradually more and more so for a long time. There is no going back. We learn to live together on Starship Earth or we exterminate ourselves.

Andreas93 [3]

Answer:

Pharmacist has a great importance in the field of Medical Science.

Justification: A pharmacist is tasked with assessing medication management in patients, and in referring patients to physicians. A pharmacist will compound medicines, something that takes care and skill. Pharmacists also provide patients with health monitoring and advice, including advice and treatment of common ailments and disease states.

Nursing is a human service related profession.

Justification: Nurses are, in addition to their medical duties, tasked with maintaining a rapport with patients and are often the face that patients see the most. Thus, nurses may also provide emotional support and care for their needs as people rather than just patients. This includes providing patients with the kind of pudding that they like, or offering them a blanket because they get cold at night. These small gestures make a difference.

Medical Science is an important sector all over the globe.

Justification: Humans in all corners of the world require medical care. Advancements in medical science create ripples throughout the world and improve lives beyond the borders of one's own country.

wariber [46]

A patient is diagnosed with urinary tract obstruction. while planning care, the nurse realizes that the patient is expected to have hydronephrosis and a decreased glomerular filtration rate caused by Renal pelvis and calyces that are close to a blockage enlarge.

Because of a blockage in the urine's outflow distal to the renal pelvis, hydronephrosis is described as the dilatation and distension of one or both kidneys' renal collecting systems (i.e., ureter, urinary bladder, and urethra). Hydroureter refers to ureteral dilation brought on by blockage of urine outflow.

Intrinsic and extrinsic compression are two major categories for the causes of urinary tract obstruction. Renal stones, cancer, ureteropelvic junction stenosis, ureteral strictures from earlier inflammation, renal cysts, posterior urethral valves, benign prostatic hyperplasia, neurogenic bladder, and others are causes of intrinsic obstruction.

Extrinsic compression can be brought on by conditions such as pregnancy, peripelvic cysts, retrocaval ureters, cancer, trauma, retroperitoneal fibrosis, and prostate abscess, among others.
