1. June says that there should be a decimal point in the quotient below after the 4. Is she correct? Use number sense to explain your answer. 43.94 - 5.2 = 845​

43.94 / 5.2 = 845 is impossible because it would mean that 845 * 5.2 is equal to 43.94 which would be a non sense.

Even if you multiply 84.5 * 5.2 you will still get a bigger result than 43.94 obviously.

The only way this division would make sense, it is if the result is 8.45 so the decimal point should be before the 4 and not after it so June is not correct.
