<h3>What is Movement?</h3>
This is referred to as the process in which parts of the body system such as arms are moved for different reasons.
Examples of the movements include flexion which is a bending movement and it decreases the angle between the body parts involved such as the knee. The lateral flexion is the movement of a part of the body to the side and example is the neck.
On the other hand, dorsiflexion is the backward bending of parts of the body such as legs etc.

Physical: you drink lots of water everyday. Mental: you journal to get your thoughts out of your head and onto paper so you have a fresh mind. Social: you hang out with a good group of your friends at least twice a week.
Answer: It would not be a good idea to swim keeping in mind that I have never swum this far and that I am somewhat tired.
Explanation: A person who knows that he has not swum that far and is tired at the same time would not be a good idea to try to swim. Many people have drowned trying to swim at distances they have not done before and it is dangerous to do so if, above that, it feels tired.
