Get healthy in body and mind to live a longer and more fulfilled life.
Lose weight/fat.
Gain weight/muscle.
2. My goals would be achieved by not eating to much junk food and try to have that healthy body. Also, I could exercise more to try to gain more muscle but also lose my fat/weight.
3. Some obstacles that might interfere in achieving your goals is by me not working out when im suppose to or when I do wanna have those "cheat days" and eat whatever.
4. Some strategies I would use or apply to overcome the obstacles is by trying to stay on a diet and trying to work out almost every day when i could.
