Interval:

- Sprint for 60 seconds.

Circuit:

- Upper-body. Press-ups, Bench dips, Pull-ups, Medicine ball chest pass, Bench lift, Inclined press-up.

- Core & trunk. Sit-ups (lower abdominals), Stomach crunch (upper abdominals), Back extension chest rise.
