Loreen has been arrested for theft. Which amendment ensures that she will not have to wait for years to face trial?
AnnZ [28]

Answer:

sixth amendment

Explanation:

in the sixth amendment, it is stated;

"In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense. What did men do during the Civil War if they did not want to fight?
shusha [124]

Explanation:

Men on both sides were inspired to fight by patriotism, state pride, the chance for adventure, steady pay. Union soldiers fought to preserve the Union; the common Confederate fought to defend his home. If they did not want to fight i doubt they could do anything about it they had to because it was either up the people to make a choice and either fight, try to take cover some where i assume or just let themselves get killed it does seem cruel but unfortunately that was how it occurred in those devastating times.

Mandarinka [93]
It is important because numerous organizations or agencies run based on standards described by the ASTM International standards organization. They have 12,575 international standards and many of them are practiced in the United States as recommended by the government, although not enforced by the government since companies choose to enforce it on their own.
