Answer:

B 1500N

Explanation:

The acceleration of the car - at least the average one, but that will do, is a= \frac{\Delta v}{\Delta t} = \frac 53 ms^{-2} = 1.66 ms^{-2}

We know the acceleration, we know the force, let's drop them in Newton second law.

F= ma = 2500= m \frac53 \rightarrow m=500\times 3 N = 1500N

Describe how molecules enter and leave a cell without the use of the cell’s energy
HACTEHA [7]

Answer:

Through passive transport

Explanation:

<em>Passive transport is the movement of molecules and ions across the cell membrane whith no use of energy,</em> it usuale involves a difussion down its concentration gradient (a region where concentration changes) across a membrane, from higher to lower concentrations. Passive transport can happen by simple diffusion, facilitated diffusion, filtration, or osmosis.

I hope you find this information useful and interesting! Good luck!

A cylinder is 0.10 m in radius and 0.20 in length. Its rotational inertia, about the cylinder axis on which it is mounted, is 0.
Bumek [7]

Answer:5 rad/s^2

Explanation:

Given

Radius of cylinder r=0.1 m

Length L=0.2 in.

Moment of inertia I=0.020 kg-m^2

Force F=1 N

We Know Torque is given by

Torque =I\alpha =F\cdot r

where \alpha =angular\ acceleration

I\alpha =F\cdot r

0.02\cdot \alpha =1\cdot 0.1

\alpha =5 rad/s^2

Why is it so important to know how the parts of a can opener work
Dafna1 [17]

Answer:

Hi there!

There are many possible answers!

My best guesses are:

1) Knowing how they work will prevent injury! For example, knowing that the gears twist will stop you from putting your finger in it!

2) Allowing you to use it! Knowing how to line up the edge of the can with the tool will let you use it properly!

Hope this helps

What do we mean by primitive material? How can we tell if a meteorite is primitive?
zimovet [89]

Answer:

Primitive material was formed in the early stage of the solar system, before planets cooled off enough to differentiate elements of different density. It was not subject to great heat or pressure after it formed.

We can identify primitive meteorites by their composition, primitive meteorites are usually undifferentiated stones, with some metallic grains mixed in. Some primitive meteorites are darker, carbonaceous stones.
