The answer is "B" (3 times y, plus 2). we know this bc 3y just means 3(y), and then you add 2. we also know can use process of elimination. "A" would be written as 3(2)+y, "C" would be written as 3(y+2), and "D" would be written as 3(y-2). hope this helped :)

MAVERICK [17]

Answer:

The answer to your question is 20 times

Step-by-step explanation:

Data

United States' population = 3 x 10⁸

Kazakhstan's population = 1.5 x 10⁷

Process

1.- To solve this problem, just divide the United States' population by  Kazakhstan's population.

                      3 x 10⁸ / 1.5 x 10⁷ = 20

Answer:

The length of arc is (7/12)π cm.

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that the formula to find the length of arc is Arc = (θ/360)×2×π×r where θ represents degrees and r representa radius. Then you have to substitute the following values into the formula :

arc =  \frac{θ}{360}  \times 2 \times \pi \times r

let \: θ = 30 \\ let \: r = 3.5

arc =  \frac{30}{360}  \times 2 \times \pi \times 3.5

arc =  \frac{1}{12}  \times 7 \times \pi

arc =  \frac{7}{12} \pi \: \:  cm
