It is B. false that England, France, Holland, and Sweden did not want to compete with Spain in North America.
As a matter of fact, they often did.
They wanted to get stuff like spices and other food times and stones(diamonds,ruby,amethysts ect)
These items weren’t in Euripuand they needed the spices to keep food fresh and for flavour.
