There are several fun winter activity to do during the season, but my favorite  things to do are;

1. Writing a letter.

2. Read a good book.

3. Go skiing.

  • Writing a letter is a great and fun way for me to enjoy the season as i choose to write a letter especially to my brother who lives far away to brief him of how that season is going , either good or badly. i always lok forward to his responses that are funny and encouraging as i spend the season with my step mom.
  • Reading a good book is an interesting way for me to enjoy the winter as its a chill way to cuddle up in my pajamas and blanket and enjoy my favorite book sipping my favorite cup of hot chocolate.
  • Going skiing has become a ritual to us as the day is planned and we take pictures and have so much fun on that day. memories are made, new friendships happen and old friendships are rekindled sometimes.

It is always a fun time for me at winter as i look forward to doing new things and exploring new habits.

Mandalas carry their own special kind of vibrational energy achieved trough mathematically calculated and precise composition that is found to be reflecting the circles presenting the circle of life, nature processes and has been observed in astronomy - in movement of planets.

Mandalas are used to improve mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health in most of traditions and cultures, wheter they are expressed trough drawings, architectural forms or crafts.

Mandala drawing is a deep meditative practice. Benefits include increased sense of comfort, calmness, clarity, emotional stability, wholeness, creativity and understanding.
