Answer:

I believe there are plenty of benefits of respecting differences, development, physical appearance, gender roles and people's orientation.

Explanation: if we all were to respect others' differences, orientation, and gender roles maybe children, teens and adults would feel safer expressing who they are as people. instead of having the built of stress that they have to live up to other people's expectations. it'll be better if people were accepted by family, friends, etc to provide them with a clearer mindset. as for gender roles, a man can take care of children, can do anything they set their mind to, same with women. it's unfair in some cases people don't believe this is possible. the only downside I can picture/have seen happen is straight people being bullied for, well, being straight. I don't understand it, but I have seen it. other than that I believe respecting others and our own growth, appearance, gender roles, and orientation would be beneficial.

What happens to your heart<br> ate when you play sports?
Dima020 [189]

Answer:

More oxygen is also going to the muscles. This means the heart beats fewer times per minute than it would in a nonathlete. However, an athlete's heart rate may go up to 180 bpm to 200 bpm during exercise. Resting heart rates vary for everyone, including athletes.
