They are wanting you to find y using the equation y = x + 4.
The equation already gives you what x equals so you plug them into the equation.
In the first on x = 20.
So plug that into the equation in place of x.
y = 20 + 4
So y = 24.

y = 22 + 4
So y = 26.
You do this for all of the x's.
