Answer:

Gymnosperm

Definition

noun, plural: gymnosperms

A vascular plant in which the seeds are not enclosed by a ripened ovary (fruit)

•Here are Five examples of gymnosperms:

, • Cycas, pinus, Thuja, Cedrus, Abies, Larix are some of the examples of gymnosperms.

• Here are two examples of angiosperms:

• Some common examples of angiosperms include magnolia trees, roses, tulips, and tomatoes.

Explanation:

The gymnosperms are plants belonging to the Kingdom Plantae, Subkingdom Embryophyta. They include the conifers (pines, cypresses, etc.), cycads, gnetophytes, and Ginkgo. These plants are known for bearing seeds like angiosperms. The gymnosperms and the angiosperms comprise the group of seed-bearing plants called spermatophytes.

However, the difference between gymnosperms and angiosperms in terms of seeds is that the seeds of the gymnosperms are naked, meaning the seeds are not enclosed within the ripened ovary (i.e. fruit). The seeds of the gymnosperms develop on the surface of scales or leaves. Certain gymnosperms, such as conifers, are known to produce cones.

The cones may be male or female. The male cone (called microstrobilus) bears pollen. The wind and insects are the main agents of pollination. The pollen contains sperm to fertilize the egg inside the ovule in the female cone (called megastrobilus). Ovules that have become fertilized by the pollen become seeds. The economic uses of gymnosperms are for lumber, soap, varnish, nail polish, perfume, gum, and food.

Word origin: Greek gymnos (naked) + sperma (seed)

The lactose-digesting bacteria like to grow on milk agar .Bacillus cereus growth and survival were examined during the production of cheese of the Gouda variety. Approximately 102 B. cereus spores per milliliter of cheese milk were intentionally added to pasteurized milk before it was used to make the cheese in the pilot plant.

"milk agar," in which 2% nonfat powdered milk is added to the agar base. lactose-digesting bacteria like to grow on milk agar. Surface plating on B. cereus selective medium was used to count B. cereus, while lactic acid bacteria were counted on lactic agar and MRS agar (de Man-Rogosa-Sharpe). Samples of the milk before renneting, the curd at cutting, the half-whey removal, the final whey removal, the hooping of the curd, the cheese after pressing, the cheese after brining, after one week, after two weeks, after four weeks, and after six weeks were all taken for microbiological analysis. The growth of lactic acid bacteria during cheese production was unaffected by B. cereus.

The red kernel color in wheat is caused by the presence of at least one dominant allelefrom each of two independently segregatin
BlackZzzverrR [31]

Answer:

100% red kernel color

Explanation:

R_B_ = Red kernel color

R_bb and rrB_ = yellow kernel color

rrbb = white kernel color

True breeding red kernel x true breeding white kernel = RRBB x rrbb

F1 genotype ratio = 100% RrBb

F1 phenotype ratio = 100% red kernel color plant.

The expected phenotype of the F1 plant is 100% red kernel color.
