Answer:

We know that C is the total number of cans in a complete case.

Victoria counts:

16 full cases, so in those we have: 16*C cans.

4 cases with 5 missing cans, so in those we have:

Then if each case has C cans, the cases that are missing 5 cans have:

C - 5 cans.

Then in those four cases we have a total of: 4*(C - 5) cans.

And Victoria knows that there are 220 cans, then we have that:

16*C + 4*(C - 5) = 220

16*C + 4*C - 20 = 220

16*C + 4*C = 220 + 20 = 240

20*C = 240

C = 240/20 = 12

Then each case has 12 cans.

Then the number of cans in the cases with missing cans is:

12 cans - 5 cans = 7 cans.

PLEASE HELP HURRY ITS URGENT
Dimas [21]

Answer:

58/15

Step-by-step explanation:

1/6 a^2 + 9/10 b

Let a = -4 and b = 4/3

1/6 ( -4)^2 + 9/10 ( 4/3)

PEMDAS says powers first

1/6 (16) + 9/10 ( 4/3)

Then multiply

16/6 + 6/5

Simplify

8/3 + 6/5

Get a common denominator

8/3 *5/5 + 6/5 *3/3

40/15 + 18/15

58/15

the bakers at healthy bakery can make 220 bagels in 10 hours. How many bagels can they bake in 13 hours? what was that rate per h
kodGreya [7K]
First you need to divide 220/10 to see how many bagles they make an hour.
220/10=22
Then you Multiply 22*13 and you get 286.
So they make 286 bagels in 13 hours.
