History

There are a lot of western firms. The reason why brahmins lead western firms but rarely Indian ones is due to the affirmative action policies such as the caste reservations in India is the reason why the Brahmins d not lead Indian companies.

  • A key reason why Indian brahmins are doing well in business abroad may be due to the fact that business in India favors those in established networks thus making skilled brahmins to emigrate.

  • India is known to have big businesses that are lead by traditional merchant and trader castes.

This system is linked to the priesthood and learning and this has been the standpoint of the caste pyramid’s of India’s 1.4bn people. Due to this caste system, domination is taken by the brahmins to lead western firms than Indian ones.
