Answer: A. How the product looks would have the least impact on the price of a product.

Explanation: Out of the choices given: how the product looks, demand for that product, cost of the factors of production and the cost of delivering the product - how the product looks would have the least impact on the price. The demand for the product would have an impact on the price because as the demand changes for something, the price normally adjusts to reflect it as well. The cost that goes into production and delivering the product plays a huge part in the price of the item because if the selling price was going to be $20 but it costs $19 to make from start to on the shelf, they will likely raise the price to make money off of the item.

Mkey [24]

Gezon and Kottak argue that the relatively high incidence of expanded family households among poorer North Americans is "an adaptation to poverty".

A significantly more typical response from researchers, in any case, was to recommend that discussing the way of life of the underclass was commensurate to "faulting the victim." Bad conduct and poor decisions, in this view, were a justifiable adaptation to poverty and the absence of chance in individuals' lives. In spite of the fact that my examination on the underclass was given a neighborly gathering, the greater part of the scholarly network has mixed around the view that awful practices are a result, as opposed to a reason, of poverty.

15. Donna Holbrook, an administrative assistant at Mason Enterprises, charged some office supplies to the company credit card. S
FromTheMoon [43]

Answer:

Multiple reimbursement scheme

Explanation:

What Donna Holbrook did is considered a case of multiple reimbursement. This means she requested the payment of the expense more than once. She first used the company credit card to buy the office supplies. This means that she didn’t use her own money because the credit card wasn’t hers. But a month after that, she used the receipt to request reimbursement from the company implying that she bought those supplies with her own money. By doing so, the company is paying twice for a purchase that was done only once. There’re also other kind of expense reimbursement schemes: fictitious expense schemes (when the expense is actually not real but made up by the employee); overstated expense schemes (when the employee inflates the expense in order to keep the extra money); and mischaracterized expense schemes (this occurs when the employee intends to get reimbursement for an expense that is personal and not related to the business).

riadik2000 [5.3K]

Answer:d. the duty of performance

Explanation:

The duty of performance means you perform the duty that you have promised on a contract that you will perform. The contract is fulfilled only when the two parties have performed their stipulated duties according to the contract.

Custom Floral Arrangements, Inc., hires Bernard to order exotic flowers for its arrangements; they did this because Bernard is an expert on exotic flowers hence they trusted and mostly likely agreed on the contract that he will indeed do his duty to examine that the flowers are indeed perfectly exotic as an expert.

Bernard does not examine the quality of the flowers he orders on behalf of Custom Floral, this is a breach of contract because now he is not performing the duty that they hired him to perform.
