Mei Ling wants her family to eat healthy food, she and her family should avoid fast food and heavily processed foods.

Advising on good nutrition

Most foods in fast foods are high in

 • Sodium
 • Fat
 • and lots of Calories.

In large quantities, these items contribute to the onset of cardiovascular diseases, such as hypertension, and increase the risk for cardiac events, such as a heart attack. Thus, reducing the consumption of these items and including fresh and healthy foods (fruits, vegetables, cereals, etc.) can reduce the risks of these events.

Mei Ling could really help her family eat better by making their food at home before going out, or looking for healthier restaurants, these steps can take a lot of focus, and determination, not to go back to eating at fast foods.

With this information, we can conclude that a good diet makes our health better, and we must add a type of exercise to improve the quality of life.

When preparing food, it is especially important to keep _______________ out of the danger zone because bacteria can grow rapidly
yan [13]

When preparing food, it is especially important to keep the temperature out of the danger zone because bacteria can grow rapidly in this temperature range.

Bacteria grow at very high speeds in the range of the danger zone, which is the range of temperatures between 40° F and 140° F. Leaving food out at room temperature for a long time (more than 1-2 hours) can lead to some bacteria to grow to levels which are dangerous.

Hope this helps:)
