Answer:

5

Step-by-step explanation:

First you want to find f(-2)

Then whatever f(-2) equal, you plug into g(x) to find g(f(-2))

So first lets find f(-2)

Looking at the f(x) graph. When -2 is inputted ( x value -2 ) the output is 1

So f(-2) = 1

We then plug in 1 into g(x) to find g(f(-2))

Think of it as 1 replacing f(-2) in g(f(-2)) because f(-2) = 1

So g(f(-2)) = g(1)

We then look at the graph g(x)

when 1 is inputted the output is 5

Therefore g(f(-2)) = 5

An isosceles triangle has a 5 inch base and 8 inch side. What is the perimeter of the triangle
Pachacha [2.7K]

Answer:

21

Step-by-step explanation:

An isosceles triangle has 2 sides of the same length, those sides being the sides that aren't the base. The perimeter is the total length of all 3 sides of the triangle. We know that the base is 5 inches, and that one side is 8. Because the triangle is isosceles, we know that the others ide is also 8 inches. Therefore, the perimeter is 8+8+5, which is 21.
