now because 57 is the hourly rate it needs to be divided by the number of minutes in one hour (60).
57/60=0.95cents
now put that aside for later use, the next step in the equation is to subtract the one time fee of $15 from the total spent.
$28 is what is left, now it's time to take that 0.95 and put it to use!
28*0.95=26.6
to double check that the math is correct take the 15+28 and make sure it adds up to 43
