Answer:

The value of x is 104

Step-by-step explanation:

we are given 52 we know that 52 is within an isosceles triangle.

which means 2 sides are the same which tells us that the two angles touching the unique side will have the same measure

we also know that a triangle adds up to 180 so 52 + 52 gives us 104 meaning the last angle will be 180 - 104 which is 76

now we have completed the first triangle if

if we look at corner c we know that it's a right angle

we know that right angles are a total of 90 degrees we know that the right angle is split into two complementary angles one of them is 52 which we figured from the first part so

90 - 52 would give us 38 now we know that in triangle CDE one of the measures is 38 at the c corner and another is 90 at the E corner

once again we do 90 + 38 = 128 and subtract that from 180 giving us 52.

Now we know the measures of triangle ADC and CDE

We also know that triangle EDB is a congruent mirror reflection of CDE

So by now we have the measures of 3 triangles CDE ADC AND EDB

we also know that angle F/x is equvilant to the total of both of angle D

so we just add 52 + 52 giving us the measure of the whole angle d combined which we know is eqivilant to angle f

So after all that we know that the value of x is 104 degrees.

Hope this helps its a long explanation but please take ur time to understand and read through it :)
